Shipping Policy

The Short Version: Free shipping in Canada on orders over $150.

The Details:

Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping across Canada on all orders over $150 CAD (before taxes).
Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $150 CAD, a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 CAD applies.
Processing Time: We are a small team (usually just one person!), but we hustle. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear hits the mail.
Carriers: We ship primarily via Canada Post and UPS.
International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within Canada.
Risk of Loss & Delivery: Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title for the items pass to you. We do our absolute best to get your gear out the door quickly, but we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Theft / Missing Packages: With "porch piracy" on the rise, please ensure you provide a secure delivery address. Once the carrier tracks a package as "Delivered," Escarpment Running is not responsible for stolen, missing, or misplaced packages. If you are concerned about theft, we highly recommend keeping a close eye on your tracking number or having your gear shipped to a secure location (like your workplace).

Most orders are ready within 24 hours. We will send you an email notification when your gear is packed and ready.
Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID.
