By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the standard terms and conditions of Escarpment Running Inc.

Inventory Accuracy: We run a physical shop and an online store simultaneously. While we strive for 100% inventory accuracy, occasionally an item purchased online may have just been sold in-store. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund or offer an alternative.

Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Advice: Any advice provided by Escarpment Running staff (regarding sizing, trail conditions, or gear) is given in good faith to help you enjoy the outdoors safely, but we are not medical professionals. Always consult a physiotherapist or doctor for specific injuries.
